The practice

We spend our lives changing the world around us.

Vipassana invites us to discover the world within.

The retreat experience

Less noise. More truth.

Meditation

Daily practice of awareness, presence and observation.

Nature

Mountains, forests and complete digital detox.

Small Group

An intimate container for honesty, depth and attention.

Silence

Space for the mind to slow and inner truth to become visible.

Mindful Meals

Simple nourishing food prepared with care.

Daily Rhythm

Structured practice, rest, reflection and time outdoors.

What happens in silence?

Be still.

The mind slows down. Attention becomes clear. Reactions become visible. Space appears between thought and action. From that space, new choices become possible.
